About the event
Finding out you're pregnant is an exciting but anxious time. You may have a few weeks before your first midwife appointment and have lots of questions but know google isnt the answer!.
Is this feeling normal? What appointments should I expect with my NHS midwife? Can I exercise? Are there foods I should be eating? What foods should I avoid? What supplements should I be taking? Is my bump too big? I don't have a bump! Should I be concerned? What medication is safe? Why do I feel so emotional? I don't feel pregnant, is this normal?
This class is ideal for any expectant parents in the early stages of pregnancy up to 20 weeks.
